This painting derives from a 3D model created in Blender, featuring scans of an ATM/Cash machine and flowers, wherein the cash machine is cast as the central figure on a theatrical stage. A projected image overlays the canvas, casting shadows that transform the ATM into a tree-like figure, signifying its metamorphosis. This digital projection tempers the painting's blue hues, instilling a cooler, more urban, and technological ambiance. Projection mapping is another attempt to further challenge the pictorial space by using the wall around the painting as a collaborator in creating an immersive, illusionary space. This melding of projections effectively obscures the divide between tangible and digital realms. Thematically, the painting investigates the temporal constraints embedded within our innovations.
